How To Make Glowing Smoothie

1/4 Large Cucumber 
2 Celery Stalks
1 Handful Spinach 
1 Small Bunch Kale
1 Bunch Parsley
2 Red Apples 
1/2 Inch piece of Ginger
1/2 Lemon

Put ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy.

There are some great ingredients in this glow skin drink. What are their benefits, read on.

1. Cucumber: Cucumber has perfect anti-aging benefits. Cucumber is loaded with beneficial nutrients such as Potassium, Vitamins A, and C and Cucumber is loaded with Water.

Here is to say that Ginger is not only limited to curing a common cold or the flu.

      Lemon will work for dark circles, but since it is a natural ingredient, it might take a little while to start seeing results (approximately 4 to 6 weeks or even longer), but consistency will pay off in the long run.
