You can dilute the lavender oil with a carrier oil and rub the diluted oil along the side of your neck and behind your ears before you go to sleep. You can also add a few drops of the undiluted lavender oil into your bath water before taking a bath. Relax and enjoy. It helps to promote deeper sleep.

Orange Essential Oil is excellent for anti-aging purposes. Orange oil helps promote the production of collagen because of its high Vitamin C content. It also aids in body detoxification, increases circulation, and help to improve skin tone and texture. Add a drop of orange essential oil into your moisturizer for optimal benefits.

Rosemary Essential Oil is terrific for dry scalp, and while anyone can go for this, it is usually recommended for those with a naturally dry scalp. You would need to mix a few spoonsful of rosemary oil with your favorite carrier oil, after which you seal the mixture in a bottle and allow it to warm. You could warm the content of the container by placing it in a pot of water and gently heating the pan. When you have achieved the desired temperature, massage the oil into your hair and scalp. Afterward, cover it up with a damp, warm towel.
